Refund policy

 In-Stock Items: Items in stock may be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.

Return Shipping: The return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned via Special Delivery with insurance to cover the value of the pieces being returned.

Refunds: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been returned and inspected.

Made-to-Order Items: All made-to-order pieces require a non-refundable deposit of 50%, with the remaining balance due when your item is ready for shipment. Made-to-order jewellery is non-returnable.
