Shipping policy

Tarska Jewellery currently offers delivery within the United Kingdom only.

Free UK Delivery: All orders are shipped with free delivery within the UK.

Processing Time: I aim to dispatch all orders within two business days. If you require next-day delivery, please let me know, and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

 Shipping Method: All orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed by 1pm), which is tracked and signed. You’ll receive tracking information by email and SMS.

Delivery Address: Items can only be delivered to the billing address of the customer who placed the order. The address must match the one your payment card is registered to.

 Signature Required: Please note, a signature will be required upon delivery, and the item cannot be left in a safe place. You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details.
