Shipping & Returns Information

UK Shipping

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, guaranteed by 1pm, fully tracked and signed.

I aim to dispatch all orders within two business days. If you require next-day delivery, please get in touch and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

Delivery is complimentary on all UK orders. At present, I do not ship internationally.

You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched with tracking information. You must be available to sign on delivery of the item as it cannot be left in a safe place.

Returns

In-stock items
All in-stock items (excluding earrings) may be returned for a refund or exchange up to 14 days from delivery.

Earrings
For hygiene reasons, all earrings are non-returnable.

Made-to-order silver
Made-to-order silver jewellery (excluding earrings) can be returned for a refund up to 14 days from delivery.

This applies to one made-to-order silver piece per customer. Any pieces after that are non-returnable.

Made-to-order gold
Made-to-order gold jewellery is non-returnable.

Return postage
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items should be returned via Special Delivery, with insurance to cover the value of the pieces being returned. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
