UK Shipping
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, guaranteed by 1pm, fully tracked and signed.
I aim to dispatch all orders within two business days. If you require next-day delivery, please get in touch and I’ll do my best to accommodate.
Delivery is complimentary on all UK orders. At present, I do not ship internationally.
You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched with tracking information. You must be available to sign on delivery of the item as it cannot be left in a safe place.
Returns
All in-stock items may be returned for refund or exchange up to 14 days from delivery.
Made-to-order jewellery is non-returnable.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.
Please note that the return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and items should be returned via special delivery with insurance to cover the value of the pieces you are returning. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
